Rachel Harris, the founder and owner of The Process Specialist and its sister entity, Harris Financial Consulting, PLLC has an extensive background in concept development, process design, financial planning, securities investing advisement, the performing arts, music therapy, leadership, and education. The length and duration of each project is different. However, many of the services we offer can be completed in a comparably brief timeframe. Once we determine the scope of your project we'll provide you with estimated completion date as part of your plan proposal.
During the initial interview your specific needs and goals will be discussed. This is a great time to point out any particular services that you might be interested in exploring further, and to ask questions about the services we offer. Assuming we're a good fit, your selected services will appear in your plan proposal and will be finalized and agreed upon in your consulting agreement.

Rachel Harris is The Process Specialist. She also owns and operates our sister entity, Harris Financial Consulting, PLLC. www.harrisfin.com Rachel is a professional consultant and financial advisor, with a long and varied history of doing important work that she loves. For over 24 years, she has worked with organizations, groups, and individuals to create, customize, implement, and standardize processes for clients across industries and purposes. She has worked in education, medical, therapeutic, recreational, religious, the arts, business, nonprofit, finance, insurance, personal, and family settings.
Rachel's career pivoted when she decided to use her unique body of experience and skills to help other business owners and entrepreneurs reach their goals and fulfill their potential. She passed the Securities Industry Series 6, 63, 26, and 65 licensing exams as she embarked on the next leg of her journey: establishing herself as a professional financial advisor. Rachel built and developed our sister entity, Harris Financial Consulting, PLLC, a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm with the State of Texas, and includes these regulated financial services in the lineup of consulting and advising services she provides to her clients.
Rachel is a graduate of New York University and Shenandoah University. She has held the MT-BC (Music Therapist - Board Certified) credential for 20 years, also earning the NMT (Neurologic Music Therapy) designation before moving into professional consulting and advising. Rachel has enjoyed time spent as a performer and music director for regional theatre, as a music instructor, and as a vocal coach throughout her career. She continues to volunteer with local performance groups and a variety of nonprofits in both leadership and support roles.
